Committees

There are several committees under the Association that exist to deal with specific issues.  The membership of the committees are made up of volunteers from the membership of the Association. The existing committees are as follows:

Finance Committee
Purpose: To ensure that all outstanding maintenance dues are collected and that the Association's expenditure is properly managed.
Lead: Chester Burroughs
Members: Brian Steele, Adria Rodriguez, Ralston Charles

Design Review Committee
Purpose: To review all plans for construction or renovation within the development, and submit their findings to the Directors for decision.
Lead: Andrew Minors
Members: Colin Sampson, Donal Kavanaugh, Jerry Greer

Maintenance Committee
Purpose: To oversee all maintenance activities within the Development.
Lead: Chris De Allie
Members: Roy Baisden, Jerry Greer, Anita Wade, Elfin Rae

Security Committee
Purpose: To oversee the security of the Development
Lead: Andrew Minors
Members: Chris De Allie, Jeff Byer

Community Relations Committee
Purpose: To share information and encourage a sense of community within the Development
Lead: Anita Wade
