Directors
The Directors of the Association are elected at the Annual General Meeting usually held within the first three months of the year.
All persons that own Lots within the Development are members of the Association by default, and all members with no outstanding maintenance dues are eligible to nominate, to vote for and to hold office as a Director of the Association.
