Fort Jeudy Association, Inc. (FJA) Mission Statement
The mission of the FJA is to
enhance and preserve the quality of life throughout the Development while
maintaining property values through the effective and efficient management of
the FJA, the enforcement of the
Covenants and
associated changes, to the benefit of all lot
owners and supporting initiatives and improvements that make Ft. Jeudy a unique
and desirable place to live.

Board of Directors Objectives

Respect and
uphold the Covenants, Covenant Relaxations, thereof, and Guidelines /
Policies of the FJA by taking an equal, ethical and objective approach in
representing the interest of all lot owners to ensure that all actions will
preserve &/or enhance the value of our properties as a whole;

To serve in the best interests of all lot owners;

Utilize the experience of the Board and Committee members to make and
implement responsible decisions and to be good stewards regarding the use of
funds entrusted to the FJA by lot owners;

Resolutions and responses will be clearly communicated to all affected
parties;

Protect and enhance the value of our neighbourhood by maintaining all common
areas and verges;

Help to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all lot owners,
residents and visitors;

Communicate with lot owners in a timely manner through appropriate mediums;

To facilitate opportunities for activities and committees to assist with the
development of a neighbourly community that works together for the good of
all; and
-
Encourage a collaborative and diverse participation that includes an
involved membership.
